Research Interests: Conservation Science, Physical & chemical gels, Analytical techniques, Nano capsules applied to Cultural Heritage, Anti-biodeterioration treatments.

I pursued my degree in Conservation of Cultural Heritage at the Complutense University of Madrid (2016) and later I completed a MA in Archaeology at the University of Granada (2017). After a year working in the photographic archive at the University of Seville (2018), I moved back to the Complutense University of Madrid to undertake a PhD about the design and assessment of traditional and novel treatments for the removal of calcareous deposits in archaeological ceramics under the supervision of Prof. Margarita San Andrés, Marta Pérez Estébanez and Mónica Álvarez de Buergo (2022). After a year as Lecturer Professor at the University of La Rioja (2023-2024), I moved to The Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon (CSIC-University of Zaragoza) to work on 2D nanomaterials for the conservation of Cultural Heritage. My research interests lie between the encapsulation of nanoparticles, the synthesis of gels, biodeterioration and non-invasive conservation treatments.

Hobbies: In my spare time I enjoy dancingreadingmaking pottery, hiking and eating ice cream.
